360IT Partners Named to Top Work Places 2022

360IT Family Picnic

Small companies, ranked No. 13

CEO and Founder Martin Joseph shares what makes 360IT Partners an attractive workplace.

What makes your business a top employer? Our staff sees working in IT as more than just a career. We all embrace technology’s ability to improve our quality of life and lead “tech-life” lifestyles.

What strategies do you have for retaining employees? We have found that by creating a supportive environment and a well-defined culture, we have made a company where people want to work.

What do you do to develop employees and help them grow? With free technical training for certifications and testing reimbursement available, our team members always have free access to education for the fast-paced, ever-changing technological landscape that comes with being an IT professional.

Are you hiring? We are always looking for talented people who live the “tech-life” and have a deep desire to help others do the same.

How did COVID-19 affect your workplace? Any lessons learned? COVID-19 only reinforced what we already believe: Work is an activity, not a location. We had a work-from-home strategy within a few hours of deciding to have no one in our offices. I was so proud of our team for continuing to provide the high caliber of service that our clients have come to expect from us! A lesson that COVID taught us was that the employee-to-employee connection that we’ve spent decades cultivating throughout our culture is absolutely part of our “secret sauce.” Being out of the office was for our health and safety, but we learned that our team members did miss each other’s company, which as a leader makes me proud of how we’ve built our team.
