About us: 360IT Partners manages information technology services for dozens of small and medium sized businesses throughout Hampton Roads, providing services like security, network infrastructure, business line software and backup protection.

Milestones reached: The company received the Hampton Roads Chamber Small Business of the Year award in 2013, has been listed on the Inc. 5000 six times and was named one of the best places to work by Virginia Business in 2017.
Obstacles overcome: 360IT has successfully changed its business model, acquired top talent and completed several successful mergers.
Keys to longevity: Joseph said he wore many hats when the company began, handling sales, purchasing, marketing and tech duties. “I knew if I wanted to grow my business, I would have to find other people willing to wear these hats,” he said. “I had to ‘work myself out of a job.’ What I mean by that is as the company grew in clients and revenue, I needed to find talented and like-minded people who could take their area of expertise off my plate. I did that successfully and now do I not only have three extremely talented partners, but we’ve also developed a team culture where we want people to be subject matter experts and own their piece of our processes. I believe this strategy will get us through our next 25 years in business.”
What’s next? In addition to organic growth, company leaders hope to join forces with other IT companies with similar cultures and client experience expectations.
