Presidents Message

360IT PARTNERS is named Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year for Virginia Beach! We humbly give thanks to our clients, vendors, and the community of Hampton Roads for making this award possible. I am so proud of my team and the dedication that they bring every day to support our clients in carrying out our mission to reliably deliver outstanding IT systems and support experiences to business clients that help improve productivity, uptime, and profitability.

President’s Message:

Did you make a New Year’s resolution? Mine is to get organized and eliminate clutter in my personal and professional life. One way we are eliminating clutter in the office is to go paperless. 360IT PARTNERS has recently teamed up with ADEMERO who has developed an excellent document imaging and workflow software called “Content Central”. If your office has stacks of bankers boxes filled with documents that need to be kept for seven years, or filing cabinets brimming with documents, it’s time to start thinking about saving some space and working smarter this year.

President’s Message:

Thank you for making 2012 successful for 360IT PARTNERS. Seems that this year has flown by as we prepare to ring in 2013. If your company is doing some strategic tax planning, there is still time to take advantage of Section 179 for capital expenditures of up to $560K this year.

Your Copy Machine: A Serious Security Risk?

It seems that even the most innocuous machines in the workplace can serve as a security threat to companies. According to this report from CBS News, many office copiers save the images they copy on a dedicated hard disk installed inside them. This means that everything from mundane memos to your most sensitive information such as financial statements and contracts are stored – and could potentially extracted. So the next time you dispose of a copy machine, if you’re not sure what’s stored on it and how to get it off – give us a call to help out. To see the news report, watch this video.
