Company History

History of how the business got started

Through several mergers, consolidations and a name change, 360IT PARTNERS today is legally TOMAR Computer Integration, Inc. T/A 360IT PARTNERS.

Formed in 1995, TOMAR Computer Integration, formerly known as TOMAR Computer Station, consolidated retail stores and moved operations to the current location in Virginia Beach, VA to focus on the commercial business segment of the Hampton Roads region.

In May of 2004, CompuGeek, LLC merged with TOMAR Computer Integration, Inc. CompuGeek’s primary focus was small office/home office customers with 1-5 computers on a network, while TOMAR’s focus was small and medium businesses with 5-25 computers on a network. This merger enabled both companies to pool their resources of talent to enhance the level of service and product offerings to customers. In 2008 TOMAR Computer Integration shifted the business model from marketing to businesses for “break fix” type of service, where technical issues were addressed as those issues effected the network or computer, to a more proactive “managed services” model where routine service and updates were performed to prevent failures.

TOMAR Computer Integration, Inc. officially started trade under the 360IT PARTNERS name in June 2010. The new company name was a reflection of what the company had become. The 360 degree symbol signified the company’s well rounded approach to Information Technology solutions and support. The word PARTNERS went beyond the two employees that have been partnered into the company (Aaron Frketich, Chief Operating Officer and Jasmin Rebultan, Chief Financial Officer), but extended to clients, vendors, and commitment to the Hampton Roads community.

In March of 2015, Teklogic, LLC, a Chesapeake-based IT firm with eight full-time employees, merged with 360IT PARTNERS. As a result, the company brings on a new partner, Justin Carter, who is the Chief Technology Officer.
